What counts as an edit
Most small changes are 1 edit. Bigger work counts as more than one, so you always know what a request will use.
No edits used
Anything we broke, and any question you have.
1 edit
A small change: swap text, a number or a photo. Update your hours or prices. Add or change a button or link. Add one FAQ, testimonial or team member. Turn a promo banner on or off. Change your phone number across the whole site.
2 edits
A new section on an existing page, in your site’s style. Posting a blog article you send us. Rewriting one section’s copy, with your approval.
5 edits
A new page cloned from one of your existing page templates, like another service-area page.
Care Plus includes 1 template page a month.
New custom page, flat price
A new layout or a new purpose. One flat price, and it doesn’t use your edits.
Bigger projects
A redesign, new features, booking or an online store, or moving your site. We quote these first. Never billed hourly.
One request is one change. A list of changes is a list of requests.
We tell you before anything uses more than 1 edit.
Rush counts double and is only for items worth 1 or 2 edits. Next business day on Care. Same business day on Care Plus if it’s in by noon MT.
Your plan’s edits reset on the 1st and don’t roll over.
Extra edits ($28 for 1, $48 for 5, and $88 for 10) last 90 days and are used after your plan’s edits.
If we miss your turnaround, those edits come back.
